  1. It really worked for me so well the first couple of years but I was also vigilant about tracking and following. Now with so many zero point foods I don’t do as well… but then again I don’t track as much either since I only log those foods that are points.

    • The first year I did a good job. Lost 30 pounds. However, this go around I’m not doing so well. The difference is working from home and not working from home. I’ve been eating out more this go around.

  2. I joined Weight Watchers (as it was known then) back in 2012 and lost about 60 pounds. Over the years, they crept back on. I really liked the point system as it was then. It wasn’t restrictive and focused on eating food that was good for you. Now, the zero point thing? Theoretically, there’s a soup I make that is 100% zero points. That means I could eat the whole dang pot and would lose weight. I left after trying it for months. It was just throwing good money after bad. I really hope it helps you. I just wish they would have left it alone!

    • It’s still called Weight Watchers. The cost of the program is expensive. After quitting and trying other apps to track my food/progress- I’ve decided Weight Watchers is the way to go. For me, that is. I need those in-person meetings. It’s more of an accountability for me. Yes, they do have points, but there are zero point foods. I still track those as well. Time will tell if I made the right choice!
      All the best.
