Welcome to Life Captured. I’m thrilled to report that the daily photo challenge has officially unlocked a new routine for me. Taking a picture a day has transitioned from a task into a habit that I genuinely look forward to. It keeps me mindful and creative, as I’m always looking for that one special moment to capture. It’s incredibly fun to see where the day takes me and what that final picture will turn out to be. Here is a glimpse into my latest seven days and seven snaps!
Sunday- Sept 13, 2026
Today was the day I went with Adam to do his grocery shopping. Do you remember me telling you about Kevin’s and my grocery store date? Well, here is another great photo op, a bin full of pomegranates!
Monday- Sept 14, 2026
I was working on my post, I Wish I Had Known. Of the many things I would have done, I wish I had more family portraits taken.
Tuesday- Sept 15, 2026
The afternoons are still hot. Riding in the bus, I’m drenched by the time I get home. Today, I thought it would be fun to add strawberries to my ice cubes!
Wednesday- Sept 16, 2026
Today I drove the high school band to the neighboring town’s school. There was a 3 hour time wait to bring them back. I decided to find the city’s public library. It was very nice and interesting to see the painted rocks in the landscaping. I found a pleasant area to sit and work on the blog. I would have loved having more time to spend there.
Thursday- Sept 17, 2026
Just had to get the picture. Another hot, hot day for PM bus route. Mr. Mike is adorable. When Mr. Mike is not driving, he’s preaching to his congregation.
Friday- Sept 18, 2026
I drive this country road every day to and from my home. Farmland, USA!
Saturday- Sept 19, 2026

Left: I had the pleasure of watching my granddaughter play her trombone when the band marched in a city parade. When the band stopped during the parade they formed two lines, one on each side of street to face the pedestrians. Once in place, they danced while playing. It was fun to see.
