About the featured image: Since most of my kids’ childhood memories were captured before the digital age, I had to figure out how to bring old film negatives back to life. I discovered that placing the negative over a white light source (just like an X-ray viewer) and scanning it through an app works wonders! It automatically restores the color and lets you fine-tune the final picture. The negatives have been in storage for 20+ years. I am so glad to have had the thought to save them. Just wished I had done a better job of storing them. It would have been helpful to have labeled the negatives as well. I have many (lots) to review. Fun times!
